Cambridge Catering Winter Warm Up Menu

From the Chef:

Potato & Kale Cakes – These Scrumptious Cakes are the perfect winter side dish, accompanied by a homemade zesty tomato rouille. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Beet & Fennel Soup – Combined with Kefir, an all natural yogurt like, gives just the right creaminess to this hearty soup. Our Soups are served hot in a warming tureen; each tureen serves approximately 12 to 15 people.

Chicken Paillards – topped with a Lime & Clementine Salsa chicken. Better served at room temperature, however you may serve hot.
